Moon Phase

Today the Moon rests in her waning gibbous phase, with just 37% of her light left shining down upon us. This is a time of release, reflection, and gentle unwinding. The full brightness of the Full Moon has passed, and what remains is the steady fading of light, a reminder that all cycles eventually give way to rest and renewal.

Spiritually, the waning gibbous moon is perfect for:

Letting Go – Release old habits, grudges, or attachments that no longer serve your growth. Gratitude – Look back on the intentions you set at the New Moon and acknowledge what has come to fruition. Inner Work – Journaling, meditation, or quiet contemplation can help you process lessons learned during this lunar cycle.

This is not the high-energy time of manifestation—it’s the slow exhale after the inhale. Just as the tide draws back, so too are we invited to pull inward, gather wisdom, and prepare for the coming dark moon when deep rest will be needed
